Create US Country Map with infobox in table format

i want to create a US County Map for a law firm, and would like to know if its possible to import a table with the text that should be shown for each map subdivision (county) when I mouse over.

You can try importing data into Region Settings dialog box.
You can manually change the content here:

Or click the import button to import a CSV file. The format can be followed in the first table of this page.
