Database with Map

Hi anyone... it is possible to connect some of my data from my database I'm using mysql/phpmyadmin

example:

I have 3 columns like Name:, Age:,Location:,

is it possible to put them on the map? i know i can view them if I write them manually during editing a map.. but I want is, if I update those information in my database it will also change in the map...
